We can accept credit and debit card payments using Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit or debit card for transactions. All transactions will be in Sterling and so if you are buying in Euros your card will be debited the equivalent Sterling amount. All major Credit and debit cards (AMEX, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Switch, Visa, Visa Debit.) can be used via Paypal.
Security is a concern when buying online so we have a system in place whereby when you choose to purchase goods, your browser makes a connection with the secure section of our website. This connection is different from a connection for normal internet browsing and means that any personal information you send will be encrypted so that no one can intercept your details and read them. No personal details are shared with a third party.
The product price, as displayed, is inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate.

Orders & Delivery
Once your order is received you will receive a confirmation email. You may also place your order by phone: 01273 660 518 (10am-6pm Monday-Saturday).
To the UK, In stock items are dispatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail Signed for Delivery. Please allow 5 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
International delivery. We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. International delivery times vary depending on destination. General estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days. Packing and delivery cost will be confirmed with your order. All International deliveries are sent via DHL or TNT.
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes that customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information

Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you ordered, by contacting us on +44 (0)1273 660 518. If these Products have already been assigned or dispatched when you contact us, you may return them within 7 days of receipt of delivery to receive a full refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Purchases made online are governed by UK distance selling regulations and the returns policy is different to in-store purchases.
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of despatch. We ask that you return the goods unused, with all the original tags intact. We request that you please enclose the invoice supplied with your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. We recommend that you return the goods via recorded delivery. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. For hygiene reasons earrings and underwear are non returnable and non exchangeable.

Repairs ( Bags only)
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your bag, however if there is a problem or a fault, please email photos of the whole bag as well as the detail of the repair/fault to email@example.com. The original proof of purchase will be required. If your bag can be repaired, you will be contacted by us with a quote for the work and asked if you wish to proceed. The cost will depend on the age of the bag and the nature of the repair. Although the repair will be carried out to the best of our ability, there may be some colour or leather variation depending on the style and age of the bag and sometimes it will not be possible to repair an older bag. Please note that repairs will take 4-6 weeks from us receiving the bag.
How to care for your Leather Bag.
All leathers used are vegetable tanned and will sometimes have slight colour variations.
When not using the bag store in the dust bag provided with the bag
If the bag is used everyday you can use a leather conditioner to retain the moisture in the leather to stop it from drying. This can be done twice a year.
Sometimes all of us can overfill our bags. Be aware that this can cause the bag to loose shape and weaken the handles over time.
Oil / grease and ink stains cannot be removed from the leather. The leather can be kept clean by using a warm damp white cloth with saddle soap or even hand soap. Always apply the product to the cloth and not the leather surface. You should test the product on a non-visible area of the bag first. Once the surface has been cleaned and dried a leather conditioner should be used. Food stains or liquid should be immediately cleaned.
Beware that colour can transfer from pigment dyed clothing such as Denim. These stains are very difficult to remove.
Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat and sunlight as it can dry the leather and fade the colour unevenly.
Leather ages naturally, colours can change and darken with use. We believe these are characteristics of U by Usmani bags. Use and love your bag and it will improve with age.
Composition of each piece of Jewellery will be stated on the product description so please take note especially if you have allergies to metals or Stones. We will not accept any responsibility if you have a skin reaction by wearing the jewellery. Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
